Swedish
A classic full-body massage that uses long kneading strokes to promote total relaxation and sense of well being. Benefits: reduces tension, soothe sore muscles, and increase blood circulation. Excellent for those who prefer light to medium pressure.

Deep Tissue/Sports
This massage is designed for the individual who needs to address specific muscle groups. While using a variety of techniques, this therapeutic massage relieves sore muscles, improves flexibility and increases range of motion. Great for the athlete or individuals requesting a massage applied with greater pressure.

Chair Massage

Enjoy the full benefits of massage, relieve tension in your head, neck, shoulder, and back area with a 20-minute, fully clothed, seated massage. Great for the time-pressured or as an introduction to your first massage.

Prenatal
1 Hour @ $95, 1 ¼ Hours @ $115
Pregnancy is a special time, and the mother-to-be will find relief with regular massage treatments. This massage relieves tension and promotes a deep sense of well being. While prenatal massage is safe, pregnancies are different. We recommend you discuss this option with you physician prior to your appointment. Massage is not recommended during the first trimester.

Series of pre-natal massages may be purchased at an 8 to 12% discount.

Not sure what to do?
While receiving massage treatments, we want you to be comfortable and relaxed. During treatment the guest will be completely covered; only the area of the body being massaged will be exposed. Our technicians are licensed professionals and will address all questions and concerns with discretion.

Your state of undress will be according to your comfort level. Hangers and shelves are provided in each treatment room for your clothes and belongings. Please take all of your belongings with you when you have completed your session, for the room will be immediately cleaned and serviced for the next client's appointment. Centre Cuts will not be responsible for personal items left behind.

Massage treatments may be purchased in a series of 3 or 6; a savings of 8 to 12% will apply.
